Grass consumption per hectare has lifted, but a part of that consumption includes conserved silage. Grass consumption per cow has lifted a little to 13.5 kg DM/cow/day, even with fifteen more cows being milked, resulting in a lift in milk per cow.MDF Fortnightly Update 505
